ROLE & TEAM

We are currently looking for an M&A and Strategy Intern who will support the Strategy team in evaluating potential growth opportunities, optimizing its strategic direction, and driving value creation through mergers, acquisitions, or other strategic initiatives.

Here below are some examples of your core activities:

• Help analyze and prepare market and competitive analysis identifying potential targets;
• Help analyze target companies and develop target’s pipeline;
• End-to-end support on execution of M&A transactions (pre and post-closing);
• Assist in the preparation of presentation materials, including pitch decks and board presentations;
• Monitor and track post-acquisition performance to assess the success of integration efforts.
  

What you’ll need to be successful in this role

• Economics and Finance background;
• Interest in strategy and M&A activities;
• Previous experiences (such as masters, external programs) will be considered a plus;
• Fluent in English and Italian;
• Strong knowledge of Excel and Power Point.
