Job requirements

Role & Team

We are currently looking for two Business Development Managers to join our team in the UK, not in one, but TWO locations - London and Edinburgh. The purpose of the role is to generate new landlord opportunities in the United Kingdom to sign up and best advise on our products - specifically Short Term Rentals. The other products we offer are HMO (Co-Living) or AST. You will be expected to create all lead generation yourself, take a proactive role in managing relationships, support the team, and conduct sales meetings when required. We kindly ask you to express your working location preference in the application form.


Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify, register and maintain a database of leads within our CRM
  • Use own initiative and ideas to create own lead generation
  • Attend face to face meetings across London as and when required
  • Confident speaking over the phone and in person
  • Keep a detailed CRM
  • Managing our deal workflow
  • Be point of contact for new local landlords, who want to explore short-term rentals
  • Build relationships with existing and new clients
  • Providing a first-class customer service to landlords
  • Supporting lettings team with viewings when required


Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Computer literate – MS Office 365/Outlook/Teams, Word, Hubspot, Kross, Airtable is preferable, but not essential
  • Excellent communication, management and organizational skills
  • 2 years of experience in the Real Estate Market
  • 2 years of experience in short term lettings ideally or Lettings
  • Commercially aware of how the work you do impacts the business
  • Full clean driving license (optional)
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus)
  • Flexibility to travel
  • Be an extra pair of hands for onboarding if needed
