ROLE & TEAM

Siamo attualmente alla ricerca di un Administration Assistant appartenente alla L.68/99 (f/m/x), che entri a far parte del nostro team nel supporto alla gestione e al controllo degli aspetti amministrativi. A livello contrattuale, il ruolo sarà un tempo determinato iniziale di 1 anno, preferibilmente part-time.


Nel ruolo ti occuperai di:

  • Controllo e gestione delle fatture (inserimento Richieste d’Acquisto; gestione anomalie; inserimento fornitori)
  • Attività di gestione, monitoraggio e archivio di file amministrativi (check mensile file incassi; archivio e aggiornamento contratti; monitoraggio consumi e archiviazione bollette)
  • Controllo e archivio relativo alle carte prepaid/spendesk
  • Gestione e controllo file OPEX (gestione acquisti ordinari; supporto acquisti ai responsabili delle varie branch)
  • Supporto ufficio proprietari per utenze, attivazioni, monitoraggio file e dashboard

Job requirements

What you will need to be successful in the role:

  • Pregressa esperienza in attività di segreteria e/o amministrazione
  • Buona conoscenza scritta e parlata della lingua inglese (B1-B2)
